What it does
Indoor-only at runtime: FeatureFlags.enableSkipHealthKitLogging is isAppStoreBuild, so App Store builds log completed Skip workouts to Apple Health once the user grants HealthKit write access; Developer ID (Outdoor) builds cannot carry the entitlement and stay off.
