What it does
One persistent ModelDownloadCenter task model drives chat, transcription, speaker, VAD, and FluidAudio downloads with exact retry state. On iOS the shared widget extension renders both model-download and universal translation-session Live Activities from DownloadActivityKit; macOS shares the download lifecycle without ActivityKit.
