Description
What it does
FeatureContentSafety owns filter prompt composition, category verdicts, full-text checks, streaming scanner state, and the single ContentSafetyEnforcer implementation. EnhancedChatViewModel receives and retains that enforcer once at construction; the live enabled policy can change, but the enforcement object cannot be swapped or unregistered at runtime. The app shell supplies persisted setting, subscription, and age-verification inputs plus Settings UI. Disabling is Pro + age-gated (Apple DeclaredAgeRange API, OS 26+). The product remains linked in every app target by policy.
